Restart your phone and ensure at least 250 MB of free storage. Try installing again.

App crashes on launch

Uninstall and download the latest APK from pisang4d.id. Ensure your OS is fully updated.

Live dealer streams do not load

Check your internet connection and try 4G or Wi-Fi. Restart the app.

Cannot verify my identity

Ensure your uploaded ID photo is clear, well-lit, and shows your face clearly. Contact support if issues persist.

Data, Permissions, and Account Security
